Learn to make the soft and tender dough for fruit and cheese kolaches and rolled sausage klobasniky. Students will make their own dough and while it is proofing, we will show how to make the fillings. Everyone will leave with a dozen kolache and klobasniky. We are excited to have Chef Pavla teaching these traditional Czech classic recipes. All supplies are included for use in class. This class is designed for all levels.
