This class is a great follow-up class for the fondant 101, and assumes that you have a basic working knowledge of working with fondant. In different class you will learn one of these individual techniques - quilling, caning, modern textures, mold making, bas relief, etc. There will be a a brief refresher on how to level your cake, ice your cake, and cover your cake in fondant. Each student will leave with the cake that he/she creates in class.

Caning - apply the clay caning technique to fondant to create floral embellishments for your cake.

Quilling - Learn how to roll ribbons of fondant into decorative shapes to create a 3D pattern.
