In this class you will learn how to use old & new specialty cutters to create seasonal/holiday cookie platters, how to design your platter, and assemble many cookies to create a larger, cohesive design. You will learn various decorating techniques that change with each project such as piping, flooding, texturing, stenciling, writing, and transfers.
