In this class everyone will be making their own dough for
this classic dumpling. We will then be mixing and customizing their own
fillings. We will roll out the dough, cut, fill and form the
pierogi. The uncooked pierogi will be boxed to cook at home. We
will discuss and demonstrate different cooking methods and recipes for
serving. There will be vegetarian options when customizing the fillings.
Everyone will be making approximately 36 pierogi. Instructor: Jennifer
