Collaboration class with Con' Olio Oils & Vinegars
                   Savory Menu includes - Caprese Salad, Cheeses & Meats, Fruits and Focaccia
                   Sweet Menu includes - Cardamom & Blood Orange Olive Oil Cookies, Lemon Rosemary Cornmeal  Cake, Strawberries & Cream with Balsamic Vinegar and
                                                         Chipotle Olive Oil Chocolate Flourless Cake.
                                       
Bring your partner or treat yourself to a wonderful tasting event hosted by Jennifer from Make it Sweet and Tabatha Conarko from Con' Olio. Tabatha will lead you through the tasting while teaching you how to taste oils & vinegars like a pro and to understand the varieties and nuances of these olive oils & vinegars. Most people would consider this an entire meal. Jennifer will present the desserts and talk about using olive oils and balsamic vinegars in sweet applications. 

Cost is $69 per person or $62.50 each for 2 or more people.
