Our dessert of the month baking club members receive a new dessert recipe and ingredient box each month to bake at home. The seasonally themed recipes along with the ingredients and tools are carefully curated by Jennifer to create an experience where the baker will continue to expand their baking skills, learn new techniques, and be able to enjoy and share delicious desserts each month. All recipes are from scratch with multiple components to make each dessert. Each finished dessert will serve 12 people – maybe fewer if you are a sweets-lover and cut extra-large servings!
Annual Subscription
You will be charged $800 when you sign up for the club for the next available 12 monthly kits. Our first kit will be available July 1st and payments made in May and up to June 1st will be for the July through June dessert boxes. Then we will get in touch with you to get set-up for automatic charges to be set-up for the next year so that you do not miss a single kit. Payment will be due by June 1, 2024 for the July - through June 2024 dessert kits and so on. You will always be able to skip a month or cancel at any time. This option is an annual savings of $160 off of the boxes and $60 off of the Essential Tool Kit when compared to a Monthly Subscription – that is 2 months and the Essentials Kit for free!

What You’ll Get
Join Jennifer as you easily navigate through the step-by-step instructional videos that are fun and informational while we work together to make the month's dessert project. One main feature of this club is the flexibility so that members make the dessert on their own timeline. The boxes will contain all of the non-perishable ingredients and will include a few helpful tools or surprises. The box will also have a full recipe and listing of the perishable and fresh ingredients as well as standard kitchen tools and appliances that you will need to have on hand to complete the project. Please note that many of the recipes do need some type of mixer - either a Kitchen-Aid style mixer or a hand-mixer.
Important Essential Tool Kit Add-On
We have put together a kit of specialty tools that are critical to be able to successfully make each month’s dessert project. These are tools that you will use time and time again, not just for these projects. The kits include:

• Bench Scraper
• Turntable
The kit is $60 and the full retail value when purchased individually is well over $75.
Add the kit when selecting your Club plan and it will be sent along with your first month’s dessert kit.

FAQ
When will I get my Dessert of the Month Box?
Boxes will ship on the 1st of each month (starting with July 1st). Shipping charges are included for contiguous US States. Please note that during check-out, you can select “Pick-Up in Store” if you live local and it is easier to just come in at your convenience to pick-up your kit. Email us at DOTMCLUB@MakeItSweet.com if you live outside of that area to see if we can accommodate shipping the kits to you and what any additional charges would be.
How can I manage my subscription?
As of right now, the easiest way will be for members to email us with any changes such as skipping a month. We are working to migrate to a membership platform that will allow members to manage their own account – we will let members know when that is available. In the meantime, email DOTMCLUB@MakeItSweet.com.
Can the kits accommodate food allergies and sensitivities?
All of our recipes are tree nut and peanut free. We do understand that some people love to incorporate nuts into their desserts – and we will provide suggestions and options for how to incorporate nuts along with the recipes. We do not have gluten-free options for these kits.
How do I know what perishable items are needed for each month and know how to access the videos?
Right before the boxes ship, we will send out a reminder email to all members. That email will include a shopping listing for perishables and the link to be able to access the videos. The shopping list and link will also be included with the box.
How long are the boxes good for?
Since the boxes contain only the non-perishable ingredients, the shelf-life is 6+ months. Make the dessert on your own schedule!
